Mourijn Bok ACC
Educated in the Netherlands, Mourijn completed her first degree in Careers Coaching at the ‘Akademie Mens-Arbeid’ in Tilburg (Netherlands). She followed this up with specialist counselling training, Human Social Functioning, at Master’s level with Professor Eugene Heimler in Calgary (Canada). Human Social Functioning combines theory from different psychological schools in a practical method of work, which offers clients opportunity to gain meaningful insights into their behaviour.
Mourijn completed a MSc in Social Psychology at the London School of Economics.
During her career in both the public and private sector Mourijn has kept up her professional development with training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) with Sue Knight to Business Practitioner level. She is qualified to use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI Level 1 and 2) as well as Talent Q psychometrics. Mourijn is an NHS 360 degree feedback facilitator and ‘train the trainer’. She successfully completed the postgraduate, ILM level 7, Executive coaching and Leadership mentoring course and followed this up with further training in Emotional Intelligence & Leadership and Moralities of everyday life. Mourijn distinguishes herself in her creative coaching style which helps clients look at their issues from a different perspective and helps to come to often unexpected realisations. Mourijn completed an intensive foundation degree in Arts, to further develop her creativity coaching in 2014. In 2016 Mourijn achieved ACC accreditation with the International Coaching Federation.
